HAWKINS AIR SHOW

For those participating... gates open at 8am for set up. PUBLIC admission gates open at 10am. NO COOLERS... NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. NO BACKPACKS.NO POCKET KNIVES NO PETS
There will be places to get food.

There will also be parachute jumping, skilled Aerobatics, lots of vintage WW2 planes.
The Golden Knights will be there...Aeroshell Aerobatic Team.... Also... Tora, Tora, Tora (a recreation of Dec 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbour)

For Directions:
Hawkins Field Airport is located northwest of downtown Jackson. From I-220 take Bullard Street East to either Industrial Drive or Ford Avenue. Signs for Airshow Parking will be throughout the region.

CLUB MEETING SATURDAY

We WILL be having a regular club meeting April 19th at 7pm at TONY'S resturant in Vicksburg!!
This will be a regular meeting... I was (ahem)... a bit slow in trying to contact CJ Christ about coming to talk to us, so I am waiting to see when he can do this. I did not specify a date to him, since I was trying to see when he could come. I did not send a note to Bobby T. (sorry Bobby, your email was on doug's mail... and i didn't go get it). Hopefully both Bobby and CJ can make it to our neck of the woods sometime within the next 2-3 months... and can talk to us about WW2 in the Gulf of Mexico.

GULF COAST SPRING MV SHOW

MARCH 28-29... AT THE USS ALABAMA

I DID NOT REALIZE THE DATES WERE INCORRECT ON THE EVENT LIST... SO I HAVE CHANGED THEM TODAY. This event has been a BIG show in the past... with lots of vendors and vehicles to see. This is a great time to get out and see what everyone has been working on, what they have brought to sell or trade? and I'm sure lots of STORIES of the most recent finds.

So make your plans... and get ready to go, as it is only a couple of days left before leaving now. I have heard of lots of folks from different clubs going... so if you can go, and support these clubs.

ALSO THERE IS THE RICHLAND PARK DISPLAY... in Richland, MS on March 29th... for those that may not be going to the coast. they are looking for vehicles for display on Saturday. call Doug for details if you plan to go. (601-672-2238)
